Yes, we will match any price offered by other stores. Simply let us know which item and the web address where you see it for less.
Can I trust Gothjewels?
Yes. Although there is no need to, because, we never see your payment information (such as credit card number). It is given only to PayPal. And if by some miraculous misfortune you didn't recieve your order (because maybe we hate you (we don't!)), they will refund you.

Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. In the rare event where an item is not available to ship, it will be special ordered and take a little longer than usual. Tracking will be made available whenever possible. Most orders are shipped FedEx.

Is my credit card info safe?
Yes, we let PayPal handle all payment information and storage. They are the experts. We never even see it. Do you really want any old goth shop owner to be the one saving and protecting that?
Why don't we have a phone number or physical address?
Some express concern and say they don't feel "safe" ordering when they don't see a phone or address. But that does NOT protect you. When you order from Gothjewels you are safe because we use an unbiased payment processor (PayPal). Even if a store owner disappears, they can return your money if there is a problem.
We don't list a phone or address because we only do business online. There is generally no need to contact us at all (unless you want to). Even if there is a problem or delay, we take care of it. Generally we provide full tracking once your order ships.
